The endeavors of the Movement aim at social awareness and upliftment among the masses and with this performance at their credit the 'Lok-hit Prakashan Sarvajanik Trust' spearheading the Movement celebrated its 10th anniversary on 23rd Jan.-2000 and the carrier of the Movement 'Gujarat Today' celebrated its 10th anniversary on 29th July-2001.
Both the celebrations were held at Tagore Hall with gaity and enthusiasm and large gathering from all walks of life from the entire state attended the functions to hear the thought provoking speeches of the luminaries invited from all over India which were highly admired by the audience.
The idea behind these celebrations was to provide interaction between the dignitaries and invitees and also to have an opportunity to hear the views and thoughts of the dignitaries on various issues confronting the society in general and promotion of education in particular.
